EFTEX is an acquirer member of eftpos Payments Australia, Visa and Mastercard and also an approved third-party payment processing partner for other Visa, Mastercard Acquiriers and Amex. We hold an Exchange Settlement Account (ESA) with the Reserve Bank of Australia. We are in the process of being onboarded as an acquirer member of Union Pay and Discover card schemes/networks.
We provide card and digital wallet payment processing services for eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and shortly Discover and Union Pay to enterprise merchants, merchant service providers, payment facilitators, payment gateways and master merchants.
Operating a high-performance BP-Node Payments Processing Platform, EFTEX has proven capability to reliably deliver sustained transaction processing exceeding 200 TPS with a 24/7/365 multi-node configuration (ensuring also high availability). Our Payments System infrastructure, systems and processes are fully PCI-DSS and PCI-PIN certified.
Terminal certification
We have certified and support a wide range of Verifone, Ingenico, PAX and mPOS terminals on our network.
With an experienced development team and support staff, EFTEX is able to provide an efficient and flexible service for POS terminal certification with the card schemes, with turnaround time and costs at a fraction of the industry norm.
